Lunch Fellowship will return on Tuesday 20th July
Tuesday lunchtime - 11.00am to 1.00pm for coffee followed by lunch - all are welcome!
“If it weren’t for lunch fellowship on a Tuesday….”
Up to 40 people of a varying ages, but predominantly elderly members of the community, come together to share coffee and a soup & sandwich lunch every week. It is driven by church members and aided by a group of volunteers. Christian elements have gradually been welcomed, e.g. A Bible reading, a hymn, the prayer cube and tea lights for prayers.
It aims to offer the opportunity to meet up, talk and care for each other, for fellowship and support.
